Brief description
St. Joseph's is a modern purpose-built home, constructed on three floors, all served by a passenger lift. There are 51 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles.
Most bedrooms have en-suite facilities. There are lounges on all floors and ample communal space for service users. The lower ground floor is a fourteen- bedded unit for service users with a dementia.
Each floor of the home is managed by its own group of staff. The grounds are extremely attractive and completely secure. The whole site is wheelchair accessible.
The home is situated on the outskirts of Tring, where there are shops, restaurants and various amenities. The town has a regular bus service and a main line railway station is a short drive away. Information about the home including a copy of the latest inspection report can be obtained on request from the manager and are available in the entrance hall.
The current range of fees vary from £680 - £820 per week depending on the type of service required, size of room and availability of an en-suite toilet (correct on 28//8/07).
