Brief description
Advance Nursing Agency is situated in Southport town centre. The previous registered manager left and the new acting manager is Mr Craig Kearns. He took up this position in January 2008.
A nurse agency provides services for the purposes of finding people employment with employers or for supplying employers with persons for employment by them. The term 'nurse' means registered nurse, registered midwife, or registered health visitor . The agency provides a service for adults only.
For the purpose of this report, the term 'client' means a personestablishment who has contacted the agency, as they require a nurse to work for them. A nurse agency can provide a service to care homes, hospitals, primary care trusts, clinics, local GPs General Practioner, people in their own home and childcare services. Registered Nurses, Registered Nurses Learning Disability and Registered Nurse for Mental Health are recruited by the agency.
Advance Nursing Agency provides a service for adults only. The Commission for Social Care Inspection reports are held at the agency office for prospective clients to read and the agency also has a website which can be accessed for information regarding the agency. When agency nurses are engaged for work the clients are charged the following hourly rates Week day rate GBP20.00 per hour to Bank Holiday night rate GBP30.50 per hour.
