Originally a domestic bungalow, the building was extended to offer ground floor accommodation in single bedrooms all of which have en-suite facilities. The home is spacious and has a large lounge off the hallway at the front of the home, a dining room with an open plan kitchen, a conservatory and a separate dedicated office used by the manager and for meetings. The home has adequate bathing and washing facilities and is well-maintained.

Hill View has a neat and well landsacaped sheltered garden with ponds, chickens and flower beds.
