Abacus Care Kent and Sussex Ltd operates as a franchise and works with and is supported by other agencies and the Franchisor Office of the Abacus Care organisation. The agency is registered with the Commission to provide registered nurses to the NHS and private hospitals; residential care homes and nursing homes. The agency covers a geographic area from Worthing to Hastings and inland to Kent and Surrey.
The agency is located just off the main high street in Uckfield, in the business centre. The main office is situated on the first floor, for which there is no disabled access. The agency has a training room on the ground floor, which does have disabled access, can be utilised for interviewsmeetings.
The range of fees charged by the agency at the time of this report varies from GBP13.95 to GBP33.75 per hour. The fee is arranged dependent on the time the nurse is deployed to another service i.e. daytime, night time, weekends or bankseasonal holidays.
