Brief description

Denecroft is a large detached property situated in a pleasant residential area of Guildford. It is close to local facilities and amenities. The service provides personal care and accommodation for up to six adults with learning disabilities, visual impairment and some whose behaviour can be described as challenging.

All residents have single rooms, and some have en-suite facilities.
 
The accommodation is presented across two floors with access to the upper floors via stairs. There is a terraced outside area with a patio and vegetable garden.

Car parking is to the rear of the property.
 
The fees for residential care are currently £63,000 to £76,000 per year, depending on the services and facilities provided. Extra's such as newspapers, hairdressing, chiropody, some transport , toiletries are additional costs.
