Brief description

The Old Vicarage is just off the A38, in the village of Churchill. It is registered to provide personal care to up to 19 people over the age of 65 years. They aim to provide a high standard of care in a homely atmosphere.

They do not offer nursing care but receive support from the local GP practice. There are 17 single bedrooms and 1 double. All have en-suite facilities and all have a pleasant outlook.

Some have French doors onto the garden allowing freedom to explore the well-maintained very pleasant gardens. The house is decorated and furnished to a high standard. There is a main lounge and a conservatory area as well as a dining room.

A passenger lift gives access to the first floor. There is an emergency call system throughout. At the last inspection the fees for a single room were 455 pounds per week.

For a double room occupied by one person the fees were 540 pounds per week and if occupied by two people it was 764 pounds per week.

This brief description is an overview of the service and may have been updated since the latest inspection report was published.
