Brief description

Clarendon House is a converted and extended domestic property situated close to Allesley Village, adjacent to the A45, and caters for up to 23 older men and women. It is located within reach of bus stops and local amenities. The home has two lounges and a dining area, a conservatory opening on to the mature garden that surrounds the home.

The patio area, which is readily accessible, is well-used. The home has 20 single rooms and one double room. All the single rooms have en-suite toilet and wash-hand basin facilities.

One single room is a former double room, and could be used again for this purpose if the need ever arose. In addition to this there is one assisted bathroom and two shower facilities. The current layout of Clarendon House might pose some difficulties for wheelchair users.

It has recently undergone building work, which has created improvements.

The home's fees are listed in the current service user guide as ranging from £351.00 to £416 per week.
