Brief description

The home is an adapted property, achieved through converting two semi-detached properties into a detached unit. It is situated in the town of Gainsborough, close to all the main facilities and services. There is a small front garden and a combined back garden, which offers privacy to residents in the summer.

The home provides accommodation for sixteen residents who have a learning disability. They are accommodated in three double bedrooms and ten single bedrooms. Accommodation is provided on the ground and 2 further floors with communal facilities located on the ground floor.

There are no shaft lifts or chair lifts in this home and all those residents who live in this home are ambulant. The home s philosophy of care is to enable residents to live as independent a life as possible in a homely environment.
