Rockhaven provides nursing care for people with learning disabilities, mainly aged over 50. The home is run by St Anne's Community Services. The building is a large, well maintained bungalow.

Everyone has a single room. There is a comfortable lounge/dining area with a conservatory at the back. The home is in a quiet lane near to the main shopping area in Horsforth on the outskirts of Leeds.
