Lindley Cottage offers nursing care and accommodation for five adults with learning disabilities. St Anne's Community Services operate the home. Lindley Cottage is a former family residence backing onto the Lindley recreation ground.

It is located within Lindley village close to local amenities. There is a large garden to the rear of the property that is accessible to people living at the home. There is limited parking to the front of the building and level access to the ground floor of the building.
