Phoenix Court is a care home registered to provide nursing care and accommodation for seven adults with learning disabilities. The home is operated by St Anne's shelter and Housing Association, a charitable organisation.

The accommodation is divided into two self-contained areas, first floor and ground floor.

There are four bedrooms on the ground floor occupied by four women. There is also a kitchen, lounge, bathroom, bathroom/ toilet, and a laundry on this floor. Upstairs the accommodation comprises three single bedrooms, occupied by three men.
