Brief description

Elswick Hall Care Home is a large purpose built home situated in the residential area of Elswick. It is a three-storey building, the lower ground floor accommodates the Regional Offices and the ground and first floor is the Care Home. The home is within easy reach of Newcastle City centre and all local amenities are close by.

 
The home provides nursing, personal and social care for up to 27 older people and also provides nursing care for 18 Younger Persons with a physical disability.
 
There are 37 en-suite single bedrooms spread over both floors. There are spacious lounges and dining rooms on each floor and a smoking room is available on the first floor.

There are accessible toilet and bathing facilities available for disabled persons and a range of specialist equipment is available.
 
The Younger Person's unit is on the ground floor and consists of 18 single bedrooms. Sixteen of the bedrooms have an en-suite facility and two share a large adapted bathroom.

These two rooms benefit from overhead tracking. There is another large bathroom and shower room, which has adapted bathing and specialist equipment.
