We know people perform better when they can be themselves and we are committed to LGBT equality. We enter the equality workplace index on an annual basis to highlight our commitment to inclusion.

Business Disability Forum

The Business Disability Forum gives us support by providing expertise, advice, training and networking opportunities. It works with members to promote best practice that benefits both organisations and disabled people.

Mindful Employer

The Mindful Employer initiative is aimed at increasing awareness of mental health at work and providing support for organisations in recruiting and retaining staff. We are putting its principles into practice to recognise issues of mental health and develop a full understanding of the impact this can have on employees and the public in general.
