During a routine inspection

Patients told us that they received a good service from the Practice. One person said it was "A very good dentist" and another commented the dentist "Tells you what's happening". We found that patients were involved in making decisions about their treatment and that treatment options and costs were explained.

One patient we spoke with said that "I don't sign a form for consent to treatment". We found that the Practice did not have a clear process for recording patient's consent but the patients we spoke with said they were able to choose what treatment they had.

All areas of the Practice were clean and hygienic and there were good systems in place for managing infection control. All the patients we spoke with told us that the treatment room was always clean. There were robust systems in place to ensure that patients were kept safe and free from harm.
