During a routine inspection
All the patients spoken with said that they had been provided with information about the treatment options available to them. They had discussed these with the dentist. Some patients mentioned that they had been shown how they would look following treatment. They also said that the costs of treatment had been explained to them together with the payment methods accepted by the practice.
They considered their dignity and privacy had been respected at all times. They said the premises were always clean and that staff washed their hands. Patients said they felt safe in the hands of staff at the practice.
