Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

From 9 March 2020, the Registered Provider will employ a suitability qualified clinical lead who is physically present for a minimum of 30 hours a week, worked over a minimum of four days.

From 9 March 2020, the Registered Provider must notify the Care Quality Commissions of all new admissions to the home. To include permanent admissions and readmissions; respite admissions and emergency admissions. Overall net occupancy must not increase by more than one in every two week period, until the home is full.

The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 45 service users at Meadows Edge Care Home.
