How can I prepare for the flu pandemic?
If you are an NHS provider you should have received full details from the Department of Health about preparing for the swine flu pandemic:

Do I need to notify CQC of swine flu cases among patients or staff?
You do not need to inform us of each individual case of swine flu amongst staff, patients or residents
If you feel the quality of care you provide could be seriously compromised by an outbreak of swine flu amongst your staff, patients or residents, you should notify us.
Notification of the death of a patient should occur in the usual way.
