What people have told us about this care service
Date written: 20th October 2011
We were not able to speak to people who use services on this occasion. The visit was announced to ensure that we could speak to the managing director and the nurse practitioners so that we would not interrupt the clinic’s appointment schedule. We saw evidence through patient satisfaction survey reports that people were satisfied with the services but were unable to speak to them during our visit.
