Hinchingbrooke Hospital report logs

On 2 February, our chief executive David Behan and others were questioned by MPs on the Public Accounts Committee about their organisation’s involvement with Hinchingbrooke Hospital.

The questions to David focused on our recent inspection of the trust, which resulted in it being put into special measures by the NHS Trust Development Authority. Some of the questioning concerned the challenges the trust had made to the draft inspection report as part of the factual accuracy process.

We agreed to send the committee the log of factual accuracy comments from the trust and our responses. On 9 February, we sent the document to the committee with a letter from David. The letter and the factual accuracy logs can be found in our transparency section.
