Memoranda of understanding
We have a number different working agreements with other organisations. They outline our commitment to work collaboratively and to co-operate, and state the purpose of the commitment. A Memorandum of understanding (MoU) is an agreement that details a commitment to work collaboratively and co-operatively with another organisation.
MoUs are the highest level agreement that we can have with a partner organisation. They do not contain information on the hows, whys and wherefores – these can be found in a Joint working protocol or Information sharing agreement. It is intended that these agreements should only be signed with a few of our partner organisations.
