Information sharing agreements
Information sharing agreements are very detailed documents that specify exactly what information will be shared, by whom, when and how. They are key to ensuring that CQC complies with data handling requirements and legislation.
Information sharing agreements (ISAs) are more detailed agreements than MoUs and Joint working protocols. They specify exactly what information will be shared, by whom, when and how.
It is possible that we might have more than one ISA with any one organisation. They are negotiated and managed by the Data Management Team in Intelligence.
A list of the organisations with whom we have Information sharing agreements will be added here soon.
