CQC Provider Advisory Group
The Health and Social Care Act requires us to have an advisory committee called the Provider Advisory Group.
This group allows health and social care providers to give advice on:
- developing the principles of better regulation;
- developing regulatory approaches and methods;
- streamlining regulatory and assessment activity;
- concerns and opportunities raised by health and social care providers;
- the impact and cost-effectiveness of regulation.
The Provider Advisory Group feeds directly into the work of the Executive Team.
