NHS staff surveys
The annual national survey of NHS staff in England is one of the largest surveys of its kind. Its purpose is to collect staff views about their experiences of working in the NHS. Data are fed back to Trusts to allow them to review and improve local working conditions for staff and ultimately to improve patient care.
