Brief description

Hill House is a detached property sited approximately 2 miles from the town centre of Colchester in Essex. Hill House is currently registered to provide 20 residential care places for those who are 65 years and over. There are no further conditions of registration.

Hill House does not offer nursing or dementia care.
 
All rooms are single with en-suite, containing toilet and hand basin. There is a passenger lift to the second floor. At the rear of the property there is ample parking and a pleasant garden.
