About this consultation

Our proposals considered how we should calculate the fees that providers of health and adult social care must pay in order to be registered.

These follow our plans to recover our chargeable costs and to make sure these costs are broadly aligned between sectors. We made specific proposals for these sectors:

community social care (including domiciliary care)
dental
residential social care
